This week’s guests are Sandra Camacho. Sandra is a Franco-Colombian-American inclusive and equitable design strategist, educator, and advisor working under the alias Sandra By Design. She’s also the founder of the Inclusive Design Jam, a community of practice, and Design Changemakers, an online education platform on designing for social change. She started her career at Google, where she spent 8 years in product, digital marketing, and learning & development in the U.S. and Europe. Today, she helps teams around the world build thriving work cultures and socially impactful solutions.
