Nandita started her career designing learning and facilitating in the academic context. Having moved to the corporate sphere more than 14 years ago, she has worked across different geographies and led teams delivering learning especially in the technology-led space. Currently in Dubai, she brings a strong consultative mindset with a holistic design perspective to every project.
Tabatha Dragonberry is a Learning and Development professional with a varied background both in academia and corporate. She is passionate about helping others who are getting into instructional design as a coach and mentor. She is also a Registered Respiratory Therapist and continues to serve the health care community as the host of The Vent Room Podcast.
