Iffat likes to make a difference, especially in the areas of Diversity & Inclusion, as well as raising awareness around Domestic Abuse. She has delivered talks on ‘Islamophobia & the Concept of the Other’ for WISH [Women in Social Housing] and supported local Domestic Abuse charities in raising awareness of domestic abuse in ethnic communities.

Chloe Gillard is the Diversity Inclusion & Belonging Manager at Version 1, a Tech Company based in Ireland working within the public and private sector. She has had experience working within D&I in many sectors including Investment Banking, Aerospace and Engineering, US Collegiate Athletics and Social Housing. She is very passionate about allyship and empowering voices for those underserved and underrepresented.
