This week’s guests are Kerry Gabriel O’Sullivan is a learning and organisational development leader with over fifteen years’ experience in the third sector, within animal welfare. They have led national learning strategies and shaped organisational culture in complex, emotionally demanding environments. They are passionate about inclusive, values-led culture and learning. With a background in zoology and a career rooted in the charity sector, Kerry’s work focuses on leadership development, coaching, embedding values and building resilient teams.

Edwina Daniels is an experienced Learning & Development leader with a strong track record in the charity sector. She specializes in creating accessible, engaging, and inclusive learning solutions that drive impact and foster engagement. With expertise in leadership development, stakeholder management, and project delivery, Edwina empowers teams through collaboration and innovation. Her career includes senior roles at Samaritans and RSPCA, where she led strategic learning initiatives and cultural change programmes.

Suz Taylor is a Learning & Development Manager with approximately 20 years’ experience designing and delivering impactful learning strategies. For the past four years, she has worked in the charity sector with St Peter’s Hospice, creating programmes that build leadership capability and foster a culture of learning. Prior to this, Suzanne spent more than 15 years in the corporate sector, leading initiatives that aligned development with business goals and drove organisational performance.

Emma Withnell is a learning and development professional with over 15 years’ experience designing and delivering engaging learning across the NHS, education, and social housing. She’s a qualified and experienced coach, specialising in supporting neurodiverse individuals and women to build confidence, recognise their strengths, and perform at their best.

Emma is particularly passionate about neurodiversity and inclusion in learning and the workplace, and she’s known for being an engaging, down-to-earth presenter who makes complex topics practical and accessible. Through her work, she focuses on creating supportive, psychologically safe environments where people can learn, grow, and thrive.
