This week’s first guest is Sara Estevez Cores. Sara is a researcher in the Strategy & Entrepreneurship group at the UCL School of Management where she focuses on the future of work: particularly on the impact of flexible work arrangements on collaboration practices and the influence of workspace design and social norms on organizational behavior. In 2019, she was awarded a LaCaixa Scholarship for young talent. Before joining UCL, she worked for several years as an external and in-house leadership consultant in the US and the UK.
