When not working, Meghan is often found camping or climbing mountains (literally and figuratively) with her sons.

Aiko Sato works with people and organisations to understand how learning, culture, and behaviour evolve together over time. She often acts as a bridge between ideas and practice, helping insight travel from learning spaces into real situations. Her work is rooted in how meaning is made, shared, and sustained — and in the small moments that shape how we think and act.
