Rita Sookrit is a learning strategist and has been working in learning for a number of years in a range of roles and organisations, most recently in Canada but also in Saudi and Belgium. Rita consults with global clients in various industries, helping them shape and foster workflow learning. She brings extensive experience in building, inspiring, and developing high performing L&D teams. Rita is currently collaborating with an organisation to digitise their learning strategy, and help drive employee engagement. Kate Graham has worked in L&D and HR for over 15 years. In her role with Fosway Group, she works with organisations using HR, talent and learning technologies to feed into the research agenda and extend Fosway’s Corporate Research Network. In addition, Kate is social chair of the world’s leading L&D event, Learning Technologies, co-host of Learning Now TV and a regular contributor to the Training Journal podcast. She is also a seasoned awards judge and long-time contributor and writer for numerous industry publications as well as co-founder of the #womeninlearning movement.
