This week’s first guest is Natalie Ainsworth. Natalie brings more than a decade of global L&D experience across sectors, including FTSE 100, and Fortune 100 organisations, with expertise spanning early career to leadership development. She has delivered enterprise-wide strategies, designed impactful learning solutions, and facilitated transformative learning experiences.

Leveraging her MSc in Sustainable Development and experience in Sustainability, she now blends her expertise to inspire and drive behaviour change that enables positive outcomes for people, for organisations, and for the planet. She excels in translating sustainability for HR and L&D, championing it as a core People agenda.

Natalie connects individual motivation with actionable opportunities, enabling organisations to realise their sustainability goals through upskilling their people.

Sara Hill is the founder of The Learning Green and a Sustainability Learning Strategist. She has a background in landscape architecture and learning & development, is certified Carbon Literate and a Cornell Climate Steward. She’s involved with Engineering for One Planet (EOP) Network which supports bringing sustainability into higher education engineering curricula. She is also a member of her town’s Climate Smart Community Taskforce. Her work supports professionals, and organisations, across sectors to develop sustainability literacy. Sara is dedicated to promoting sustainable practices and collaborating on climate action projects.
