This week’s first guest is Ilaria Boncori. Ilaria is a Professor in Organisation Studies and Human Resources Management, an Academic Fellow of CIPD, and a mum of two wonderful girls. Her research focuses on inequalities in the workplace, particularly around gender, ethnicity, sexuality and foreignness. Her most recent work explores issues around pregnancy and pregnancy endings at work.
