This week’s first guest is Dr Jane Bozarth. Jane has worked in the L&D industry for decades, most of it in USA state government. In that arena she worked as classroom trainer, eLearning designer, and training program manager, and developed interest and expertise in inexpensive solutions to workplace performance solutions, particularly those with social and self-directed components. That was followed by a stint as the Learning Guild’s Director of Research. She is the author of several books, most recently “Show Your Work: The Payoffs and How-Tos of Working Out Loud.” Dr Bozarth continues to write and speak, and can often be found at international speaking events and online in assorted media productions.
